Considerable time and effort are required to customize a trip specific to our client's needs. Cancellations affect our operations significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little chance of filling the reserved space due to the nature of the business. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. All bookings require a $50 deposit. If you cancel, you lose your deposit unless you re-book for another day. Cancellations in 7 days or less will be charged for the entire trip. No-shows will also be charged for the entire trip.
